Asher Core
Included in every plan

Put live markets and news
on your site in one line.

Six widgets, one script tag. A scrolling price tape for your header, a news crawl for your footer, a signal rail for your sidebar, a social-style timeline, and a full price table — all reading the same API you're paying for, all filterable by the same stream tokens.

<!-- that's the whole integration -->
<script src="https://ashercore.com/embed/ticker.js"
        data-mode="news" data-layout="bar"></script>

The market tape

The one every financial site has. Prices from our own store, crawling; hover to pause. Pin it to the top or bottom of the viewport with data-sticky.

prices · bardata-mode="prices"

The news crawl

Same shape, but it's the Wire — and because every story carries a signal, the tape shows the market call inline. Nobody else's ticker does that.

news · bardata-mode="news"

The signal tape

Net news bias per asset, scrolling. A live read on what coverage is doing to each market.

signals · bardata-mode="signals"

Sidebar rail & social timeline

For a column instead of a strip. The rail crawls vertically; the timeline is a familiar card feed you read at your own pace — and it upgrades itself to the live push stream, so new stories slide in without a refresh.

signals · raildata-layout="rail"
news · feeddata-layout="feed"

The price board

A full market page you can drop into a panel — symbol, price, 24h and a 7-day sparkline, with changed prices flashing as they update.

prices · boarddata-layout="board"

Three color versions

Every widget ships in three looks — dark, light and warm sepia. Pick one with data-theme; here's the same price tape in all three (auto and transparent are there too).

dark · themedata-theme="dark"
light · themedata-theme="light"
sepia · themedata-theme="sepia"

The market-hours clock

A 24-hour dial of the world's trading sessions — one ring per exchange, live session bands, open and close markers, and a hand sweeping real UTC. Session times are resolved through each venue's IANA timezone, so daylight saving is handled for you rather than drifting twice a year.

clock · dialdata-mode="clock"
clock · boarddata-layout="board"
<script src="https://ashercore.com/embed/ticker.js"
        data-mode="clock" data-layout="dial" data-markets="equities"></script>
data-markets takes equities (10 exchanges, the default), fx (the four FX sessions) or all. The dial suits equities or fx; use data-layout="board" with all for the full list with live countdowns to each open and close.

Build yours

Every option below maps to a data- attribute, and every Asher Wire filter works here too — paste a stream token and the widget inherits exactly the stories that stream returns.

How this is built. The script tag replaces itself with a sandboxed iframe at exactly the point you paste it, so nothing leaks into your CSS and nothing of yours leaks in. The widget reports its own height back to the page, so rails, timelines and boards size themselves. There are no external dependencies — no jQuery, no chart library, no font download — and it respects prefers-reduced-motion by turning the crawl into a normal scroll. Attribution links back to AsherCore, which is how the free tier pays for itself.
Widgets read the same public endpoints your key does. On Sandbox they'll work but count against the free quota, so a busy page should sit on a paid plan — from $29/mo, which also unlocks data-brand="0".
